The closest airports to Puerto Viejo de Talamanca are Limon and Sixaola (on the border with Panama).
You can take a charter flight from Tobias Bolaños Airport in San Jose.

Follow the road to Limon.
When you arrive in Limon, take the road that leads to Cahuita, Puerto Viejo.
From Puerto Viejo we are 2km to Manzanillo.
